Please Note: Pricing may vary based on the expected number of attendees, event size, duration, location, and the level of medical coverage required. Final pricing will be determined once the event details and anticipated attendance have been reviewed and the appropriate level of EMS coverage has been confirmed.
This package includes one certified EMT operating in a Quick Response Vehicle (QRV), such as a Ford Explorer, pickup truck, or Ford Expedition.
The QRV is equipped with Basic Life Support (BLS) equipment, including a fully stocked medical go-bag, allowing our EMTs to provide immediate patient assessment, basic emergency care, and stabilisation until additional resources are needed or arrive on scene. This level does not provide Paramedic-level pain management.
This package includes a fully equipped ambulance staffed by two certified EMTs.
A major benefit of this package is having an ambulance already on scene and ready to respond in the event of a medical emergency. If a patient requires transportation to a hospital or other emergency medical facility, the on-site ambulance allows for a faster transition from emergency care to transport without waiting for another ambulance to arrive. This option does not provide paramedic-level pain management.
This package includes one certified paramedic with equipment that can provide initial lifesaving and trauma care, pain management, seizure treatment, and advanced life support medications, but cannot transport patients. An ambulance is needed for patient transport and continued care. Patient movement or tasks requiring two providers may be limited until additional resources arrive.
This package includes one certified EMT and one certified Paramedic with equipment that can provide initial lifesaving and trauma care, pain management, seizure treatment, advanced life support and continued care. This level most closely matches the capability's of a responding ALS ambulance crew.
This package includes 4 certified EMTs or higher, a fully equipped ambulance, a designated first aid tent, and an EMS side-by-side utility vehicle.
This level of coverage provides multiple medical response options throughout the event. The first aid tent gives attendees a designated location for minor injuries, medical evaluations, and basic treatment, while the side-by-side allows EMTs to quickly reach patients in areas that may be difficult for an ambulance to access.
